EDHE 531 Legal Issues & Ethics in Higher Education 3.0 Credits

This course prepares students to navigate important education laws, legal concepts, and ethical issues relating to the operations of higher education institutions and the rights and responsibilities of administrators, faculty, staff and students. The course emphasizes the development of ethical leadership skills. Through the use of case studies and current issues in higher education, students will gain experience applying laws and policies across diverse institutional environments.
