AAML 660 Technology Tools for Arts and Cultural Managers 3.0 Credits

This course enables students to understand, use, and deploy technology systems and tools to advance an arts and cultural organization’s mission and vision. Students will research and explore trends and developments in electronic marketing, social media, website design, audience engagement strategies, and customer relationship management. This course will have a particular focus on analytics and data-driven decision-making as well as cultivating an understanding of the participatory nature of contemporary arts experiences.
